NEWS

My quilt, Round and Round It Goes, will be debuting in the Quilt National exhibit, May 24 at the Dairy Barn in Athens, Ohio. It is an honor to be included in this prestigious show dedicated to innovative quilt artists from around the world. If you are anywhere near Athens take a moment to see this exhibit. The work is always compelling.

FACE TIME

A new SAQA book, Portfolio 19, The Art Quilt Sourcebook, is now available from the SAQA website. It includes a picture of my quilt, Same But Not on the cover (in the upper left corner) and profiles all of the professional members of the studio art quilt associates. A wonderful opportunity to review many beautiful works of art.

bedazzled

SO taking a walk this afternoon I load up my pockets with MUST KEEP leaves. Hard to stop myself the colors are so inspiring. I put one on my scanner and zoomed in to a section. Here is what I found. ©2001, Paula Kovarik
